9. The Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily or permanently without notice.
10. Without prejudice to Clause 9, the Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate or restrict access to the Website if these Terms and Conditions are breached.
11. You shall keep any passwords and usernames allocated to you confidential and the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the username and password if the Company suspects non-compliance by you with these Terms and Conditions.
12. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Website:

b. in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent effect;

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts although the Company retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

Daily Sudoku Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is run by First Drinks Brands Limited (The "Promoter")
  2. It is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (proof of age may be requested); excluding employees of the Promoter, any of its parent or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
  3. The prize is one 70cl bottle of Three Barrels VSOP (the "Prize"). There is only one prize available per week.
  4. This promotion will run from 00.00 on [14.02.11] until the Promoter notifies that the promotion has come to an end. The notification that the promotion has come to an end will be posted on www.three-barrels.com (the "Website").
  5. There will be a Sudoku challenge posted on the Website every day. At the end of the week one winner will be chosen from all the correct answers submitted for the 7 daily challenges. Participants may only submit one entry for each daily challenge so that each participant can only have 7 completed entries in any one week.
  6. The daily Sudoku puzzles have been generated randomly.
  7. No purchase is necessary for entry. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent organisation each week by the Promoter from all eligible entries received for each daily Sudoku Challenge by the closing time and date for entries each week, which is 23.59 (GMT) each Sunday. The prize draw will take place 10.00 (GMT) each Monday. The winner will be notified before 23.59 (GMT) each Friday by email, and the winner must respond to this notification within 48 hours of receipt or an alternative winner will be chosen. This process may be repeated as often as necessary.
  8. There is only one winner each week.

    There is no cash or other alternative prize available, in whole or in part.
